Find past conversations
Every conversation you have with the Falcon agent is saved as a session. Use the Sessions page to pick up where you left off, keep important conversations close at hand, and clean up the ones you no longer need.
Open your sessions
Section titled “Open your sessions”There are two ways to get to your past conversations:
- In the left sidebar, click the Sessions icon to open the Sessions page.
- On the Falconer home page, click the history icon in the top right to see your Recent chats, then click See all in Sessions to open the full list.
Click any session to reopen the conversation and keep chatting. Sessions shared with you open read-only. To start a fresh conversation from the Sessions page, click New chat.
Browse and search
Section titled “Browse and search”The Sessions page shows how many sessions you have under its title. Sessions you’ve pinned appear under Pinned, and everything else appears under Recent.
To find a specific conversation, type in the Find sessions… search box. Falconer matches your text against the title and the start of the opening message of the sessions already loaded on the page. Pinned sessions are always loaded. To find an older session, clear the search box and scroll down to load more, then search again.
Manage a session
Section titled “Manage a session”Click the More icon on a session’s row to see its actions:
- Pin keeps the session at the top of the page under Pinned. Click Unpin to move it back to Recent.
- Rename lets you edit the session’s title in place. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel.
- Share makes the session viewable by everyone in your organization and copies its link to your clipboard.
- Delete removes the session. Falconer asks you to confirm before deleting it.
Pinning only changes your own list, so pinning a session never affects how it appears for anyone else.
Sessions shared with you
Section titled “Sessions shared with you”A session a teammate shares with you directly appears in your list right away. A session shared with your whole organization appears once you open it. Shared sessions show a Shared label. Hover over it to see who shared it.
Their menu offers only Pin and Leave. Leave removes the session from your list without deleting it for its owner.
