Asana
Connect Asana so Falconer can answer questions about the work your team is planning and tracking, right alongside your code and docs.
What’s synced
Section titled “What’s synced”Projects, tasks, and task comments from the Asana projects you select. Falconer checks for updates after the first sync, so changes in Asana keep flowing in.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Search tasks alongside code and documentation.
- Ask the agent about tasks by project, section, assignee, tag, or due and completion dates.
- Type @ in the editor or agent chat to reference an Asana task or project, with a link back to it in Asana.
Connect Asana
Section titled “Connect Asana”- Navigate to Integrations from the bottom-left menu.
- Click Connect next to Asana.
- Authorize Falconer to access your Asana account.
- In the Configure Asana dialog, choose an Asana workspace and click Continue.
- Select the projects you want to sync, then click Save and sync.
Falconer begins syncing the selected projects right away. To add projects, choose Manage on the Asana card. To stop syncing a project you already synced, disconnect Asana and connect it again. Use Reconnect to re-authorize, or click Disconnect in the Configure Asana dialog to remove the connection and its synced data.
Connecting Asana requires owner permission to your Falconer organization.
Who can see Asana content
Section titled “Who can see Asana content”Falconer bases visibility on Asana project settings. Projects that are public to your Asana workspace, and their tasks, are visible to everyone in your Falconer organization. Any other project and its tasks are visible to the project’s members and everyone on its Asana team, matched by email address. This includes projects that are private to their members in Asana.
