Knowledge Health is a Falconer feature that continuously scores your knowledge base and tells you exactly what to fix. It reads your content directly, so instead of guessing what’s stale, missing, or contradictory, you get a ranked list of real problems — and you can hand any of them off to Falconer to fix for you.

Knowledge Health flags stale docs automatically. The Freshness dimension surfaces docs that have gone stale or drifted from reality, and a dedicated stat card lists the worst offenders so you can fix those first.

Your workspace gets a single health score from 0 to 100, rolled up from four dimensions:

Coherence — whether any docs contradict each other
Coverage — whether important topics have no doc at all
Freshness — which docs have gone stale or drifted from reality
Density — whether docs are duplicated or redundant

Each dimension surfaces its own findings on the dashboard:

Coverage gaps — important topics with no doc at all.
Redundancies — duplicate or redundant docs.
Contradictions — docs that conflict with each other.

Open any finding to see the affected docs and why it was flagged.

Most tools count surface metrics like views or days since update. Knowledge Health reads the actual content and understands the relationships between docs, so it catches contradictions and gaps that a timestamp never would.
