Ask about findings in Slack, or read and update them from an MCP client.

Ask about findings in Slack, or read and update them from an MCP client.

## From Slack

With Slack connected, mention Falcon in a channel or direct message:

```perl
@Falcon what did the last Knowledge Health audit find?
```

Falcon searches the same findings shown on the Knowledge Health page and replies with their titles, categories, and severities. To connect Slack, see [Slack](https://falconer.com/docs/integrations/slack.md).

## From an MCP client

Connect the Falconer MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. Two tools work with findings:

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `list_knowledge_health_findings` | Lists your organization’s findings. |
| `update_knowledge_health_finding` | Updates a finding. |

See the [MCP quickstart](https://falconer.com/docs/mcp-and-cli/quickstart.md) and the [MCP tools reference](https://falconer.com/docs/mcp-and-cli/tools-reference.md).
